UNIPD Store, through its physical store and the website www.unipdstore.it, is the official store of the University of Padua. All merchandise is sold and invoiced by l’Università degli Studi di Padova, with the registered office located at via VII Febbraio 1848, n.2 35122 PADUA, ITALY (PD) C.F. 800006480281 VAT no, 00742430283.

All prices are expressed in euros € and include the VAT (value added tax) related to each category of product, all prices are subject change without notice.

All online visitors must register before making online purchases; registration is free and without any obligation to purchase.

The UNIPD Store sends order confirmation e-mails to the customers selected e-mail address indicated during the registration process.

In the event that one or more products become unavailable, the l’Università degli Studi di Padova reserves the right not to fulfil delivery request with advanced notification sent the customer to request a refund or replacement of other available merchandise.

All brands, logos and other distinctive signage found on the site are the property of l’Università degli Studi di Padova. Trademarks, logos, images or other distinctive signage, including the reproduction of any support, including digital, used by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

1. UNIPD STUDENT AND PERSONNEL DISCOUNTS

All UNIPD students and University staff are entitled to a 10% or 5% discount on selected products.

Students and personnel must verify their University statues by registering online with a @unipd.it or @students.unipd.it email address.

All discounts are automatically applied.

Additional student and personnel discounts do not apply to any promotional sales or for shipping costs.

2. UNIPD STRUCTURE PURCHASES

All UNIPD structures must purchase items through internal transactions, the methods of which are indicated on the University of Padua Intranet page https://afip.unipd.it/ under the “procedure” – “merchandising” section. Dedicated discounts for University structures are available, all University department, school or other structures orders must be confirmed by contacting the UNIPD Store – Palazzo Bo to ensure product availability and to receive an accurate quote.

3. Payments

Starting from February 28, 2021, as a Public Administration, the University of Padua will begin adhering to the Italian Law Decree for the “Simplification and Digital Innovation” of all online sales transactions using the pagoPA platform.

The requested data will be sent to the CINECA PagoATENEI system in order to process electronic payments to the University of Padua using the PagoPA platform.

4. How to redeem the discount code

The alphanumeric discount code shown on the coupon must be entered in the relevant section of the shopping cart. By clicking “apply coupon”, the discount will be automatically calculated in the order summary.

The code must be used by the expiry date indicated on the coupon and entitles the holder to a discount according to the conditions specified therein, with the exception of books and any shipping costs.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions.

5. FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP AND MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

Purchase orders can be collected for free at the UNIPD Store located in Palazzo Bo by presenting the confirmation email along with the indicated order number.
This shipping method can be chosen for all products and is free.
The goods will be available for collection within 24 hours of the purchase confirmation email
The purchased items remain in stock at the Palazzo Bo location for a maximum of 15 days from the date of purchase.

6. EXCLUSIVE MACRON COLLECTION FOR UNIPD

With regard to the exclusive collection created through the collaboration between UNIPD Store and Macron, which can be purchased through the dedicated Macron platform at the following link: https://clubshop.macron.com/padova/universita-di-padova, the terms and conditions of sale stated on that platform shall apply.
