Pietro Greco, giornalista, divulgatore e docente è stato caporedattore de Il Bo Live, il giornale dell’Università di Padova, fino alla morte avvenuta improvvisamente il 18 dicembre 2020. In due anni e mezzo ha pubblicato decine di articoli, interviste video e podcast, ha organizzato e moderato incontri e convegni e ha ideato una collana di libri. Questo volume raccoglie una parte di questa vasta produzione unita dal filo rosso della scienza e della conoscenza, organizzandola secondo cinque tematiche care all’autore: cittadinanza, ricerca, arte e cultura, storia e storie, salute (con un occhio particolare alla pandemia da Covid-19). Alcuni articoli nascono come agili riflessioni scaturite da fatti di cronaca, altri sono dei veri e propri saggi: insieme sintetizzano uno sguardo originale e profondo e ricostruiscono la varietà di interessi e di stili per cui Pietro Greco era noto e apprezzato. Raccoglierli in un volume non è solo un omaggio al Maestro ch’è stato, ma anche l’occasione di attraversare, guidati, il mondo in cui viviamo.
